Skaldyrseventyr på Frederiksberg C

This week Copenhagen has been hit by MTV Europe Music Awards party 2006. The best about this event is the design of the site http://www.mtveuropemusicawards.com and a Rat Catcher play.
So there were no hotel room available for Alex Germanovich in the radius of 80 km from the Copenhagen City. But there are always place at Frederiksberg surburbs on Forchhammersvej 1, just 5 minutes walk from the party at Rådhuspladsen

So Alex has been welcome by Miriam with the magnificent plate of "морских гадов". Это получилось феерическое блюдо. Do you remember the story from my old site about our Danish relatives from Hammerum? So this recipe is not at all the same! The magical fairy plate full with Kamchatka crabs, mussels, oysters, shrimps, various lobsters, etc. carefully selected by our local fishman Simon Longhurst.

Simon has kindly agreed to prepare the sea treasures of the "Wondeful Copenhagen" which he accompanied by his own tasty selection of Californian and Bourgoundy wines.
