How to peel "Fjordrejer"

"Fjordrejer" are very small but tasty shrimps from the Baltic sea shore around Danmark. Very delisious Danish special which takes quite some time and effort to prepare. Here are the instructions:
Start early and work through the first bowl of shrimps



Continue with the next bowl...



Until you get enough to cover several peaces of good wheat bread with lemon and mayo
